One of the big things that separate us from other catio builders is we design our catios with your cats size, age, and temperament in mind then combine it with our years of catifying and observing our own professional cat care rooms. We also operate a cat only boarding facility in Rochester Hills and over the years we have cared for well over a 1000 cats and continue to actively care for up to 30 cats a day at our cat hotel. We love cats. So when we design your catio, it really is a catio designed for your cat to enjoy. Every catio we design is unique.
How much does catio design cost? We charge 10% of your materials cost as a design fee, minimum $500. Payment of the design fee saves your space in our build line.
